He is the founder and General Overseer of Global Word Assembly (GWA), a Word-based, mission-minded ministry committed to building God's people for global missions and evangelization through the Word of Wisdom, Grace, and Power.
Through his ministry, Apostle Kingsley has devoted himself to teaching the Word of God, developing leaders, strengthening families, raising ministers, and helping believers discover and fulfil their God-given destinies.
His ministry is characterized by revelatory Bible teaching, grace, wisdom, spiritual development, leadership training, missions, evangelism, and practical Christian living.

Building People Before Sending People
Apostle Kingsley Samuel is also the Founder and Director of Global College of Missiology (GCM), a ministry-training institution established to prepare men and women for global missions, evangelism, pastoral ministry, Christian leadership, and other areas of Kingdom service.
The college exists under the vision of building God's people for global missions and evangelization and is committed to raising what Apostle Kingsley describes as Kingdom Commandos.

How The Vision Began
The vision that gave birth to Global College of Missiology began with a burden for God's people to be adequately prepared, equipped and sent into the world.
More Than A School
The vision was never simply about creating an academic institution. It was about raising people who understand the Word of God, discover their assignments, develop their gifts, and become prepared to serve effectively in the Kingdom.
From A Burden To A Training Movement
What began as a burden in the heart of one minister gradually developed into a movement dedicated to preparing ministers and missionaries.
The Beginning
The vision began to take a more definite form through a ministry known at the time as Libration Outreach Ministry.
The Librationites
The early students became known as Librationites. Their training focused not only on academic knowledge but also on practical Kingdom service.
Expanding The Training
The training expanded to embrace biblical studies, theology, missions, leadership, church administration, ministerial ethics, marriage and family life, children's ministry and other areas of Christian ministry.
The Vision Becomes Global
The assignment was never intended to remain restricted to one congregation, one city or one nation. The burden was always connected to the Great Commission and the nations.
Global College of Missiology
The vision continues through Global College of Missiology, training, equipping and preparing people for Kingdom assignment.
