Ministry, Leadership & Teaching
Building People Before Sending People
Apostle Kingsley Samuel is the founder and director of Global College of Missiology, a ministry-training institution focused on preparing people for global missions, evangelism, pastoral ministry, Christian leadership and Kingdom service.
The vision is centred on building God's people for global missions and evangelization and raising what he describes as “Kingdom Commandos” — believers who are prepared, equipped and ready to serve God's purposes.

How The Vision Began
The vision was born from a burden for God's people to be adequately prepared, equipped and sent into the places where they are called to serve.
The vision was never simply academic. It is about raising people who understand the Word, discover their assignment, develop their gifts and serve the purposes of the Kingdom.
“Building God's People for Global Missions and Evangelization”

A journey shaped by a desire to see God's people prepared for effective Kingdom service.
The Beginning
The vision began through the ministry known as Libration Outreach Ministry.
The Librationites
Early students became part of a training journey centred on practical Kingdom service.
Expanding The Training
Training expanded to include biblical studies, theology, missions, leadership, church administration, ministerial ethics, marriage and family, children's ministry and other areas of practical Christian service.
The Vision Becomes Global
The burden for the Great Commission continued to grow, with a wider vision for equipping people to take the Gospel to nations.
Global College of Missiology
The vision continues through Global College of Missiology, training, equipping and preparing people for Kingdom assignment.
Truth That Produces Transformation
One of the defining features of Apostle Kingsley Samuel's ministry is his commitment to the systematic teaching of God's Word.
His teaching ministry emphasizes the believer's understanding of God's wisdom, grace, power, identity in Christ, spiritual inheritance, destiny, and responsibility in the Kingdom.
He seeks to communicate biblical truth in a manner that is both revelatory and practical, helping believers understand not only what the Bible says, but also how its truth should shape their lives and ministry.
